MINISKIMMER SYSTEM
Miniskimmer System is a complete line of oil skimmers designed for the removal, recovery and elimination of foreign and pollutants oils present in the lubricating coolants, from machine tanks, washing and / or degreasing tanks (also at high temperatures), from waste water and industrial liquids
THE PROBLEM
The skimming of oils is a maintenance procedure that should not be underrated or neglected as a high performance, in terms of lifespan, quality of working, hygiene and health protection, is required to lubricating refrigerants, whilst taking in account the disposal problem.
Extraneous and pollutants oils floating on the surface prevent the intake of oxygen thus causing the degradation of the underlying liquid. These are ideal conditions for the proliferation of anaerobic bacteria, fungi and molds, which in turn alter the delicate, essential balance (concentration, pH, etc.) wich assures the good conditions of the liquid. The consequences are obvious: ferrous materials, if not perfectly dry, generate rust; the tools do not have the desired efficiency (also because of the presence of extraneous oils on the cut point); odors; and last but not least skin irritations for the workers. The only remedy is the total reomoval and replacement of the liquid itself and its disposal. I nthis contex our Miniskimmer System is indispensable! Miniskimmer System is a full line, available in two different versions and a number of models to cover different requirements.
ECO (E) Version
The oil separators ECO series are portable and can be used on different tanks; they are ready to use and supplied withA a power supply, with low voltage transformer in accordance with safety standard. Also available without power supply (special option)

Industrial Version (VI)
The Industrial version oil separators are suitable for heavy duty applications, continuous cycle (eg production lines, robotic islands etc.)

Each VI model is also available in DC version (double belt) and stainless steel (the two options are combined with each other); the twin-belt system ensures a higher yield, while the stainless option is particularly suited to the recovery of alcaline substances.
